The Role

In the role of trainee financial adviser you will be part of our growing remote advisory team. Potential clients will be introduced via our contact centre team and group advisory channels.

Full training will be provided, along with exam support to chartered status.

Qualifications

 

  • Accountable for providing full financial planning services to assigned client.
  • Deliver positive client outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to the Fairstone advice process and standards.
  • Ensure conduct risk frameworks are followed.
  • Maintain adherence to requirements of the group training and competence regime.

 

  • Previous experience of working within a financial services as a financial adviser or paraplanner.
  • Proficient with technology to support a remote advice process.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of the UK regulatory environment.
  • A strong understanding of the advisory process.
  • The ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
  • The ability to meet commercial targets.

 

  • Level 4 diploma qualified, preferably via CII.
  • Preferably a willingness to develop towards chartered status.
