After serving in the RAF, Tony began his business career with Boston Consulting Group, working on strategy with retail clients. He subsequently worked with Brewin Dolphin and then HSBC, in a range of senior positions, bringing the lessons he had learned from retail to financial services. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at WH Ireland, overseeing the private client wealth business. Tony also holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
