Graham is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Finance Professional, with over 15 years’ experience providing strategic advice on M&A deals to entrepreneurial business owners in the lower mid-market sector.

Working with a number of high profile North East businesses as well as many SMEs across a range of business sectors has given Graham vast experience in M&A deal making, spending many years strategically advising shareholders of SMEs and corporates on growth or succession plans.

Specialism/Role: To manage and promote the M&A activity for Fairstone’s proprietary acquisition models and lead on scale and more complex M&A opportunities, managing and structuring transactions to demonstrate shareholder value creation.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (FCA)
